Tara Lynn Sparacio has over a decade of experience in the real estate industry. Managing her own Real Estate Investment Concierge Service, Tara Lynn has mentored investors and provided her clients access to off-market, wholesale, REO, short sale, and commercial and residential real estate. Additionally, she specializes in bridge loans for fix and flip projects and commercial and conventional financing.
She began her journey working alongside several high net-worth investors, gaining insight into the investment process and rapidly developing a network of contacts. Once she mastered the art of investment, Tara Lynn tackled the finance industry, serving as the VP of business development and an account manager for the managing partner of a private lender. This broad experience has given her a unique and well-rounded perspective on all facets of the investment process.
