Version 2026-10-22. These terms apply to every Investor's Concierge course, lesson, workbook, quiz, exam, certificate, template, and related material (the "Materials"), offered at reinvestorsconcierge.com. "We," "us," and "our" mean Investor's Concierge, Tara Lynn Sparacio, and their owners, affiliates, employees, contractors, and agents. "You" means the student.

Attorney review recommended. This document was drafted as a strong starting template for an online education business based in Suffolk County, New York, selling nationally. Have a licensed New York attorney review it and confirm your business entity name before relying on it.

1. Educational Purposes Only

The Materials are general educational information about real estate investing. They are not legal, tax, financial, investment, lending, securities, accounting, appraisal, insurance, or real estate brokerage advice, and they are not tailored to your situation. Do not rely on them as a substitute for advice from qualified professionals.

2. No Professional Relationship

Enrolling in or completing a course does not create an attorney-client, accountant-client, fiduciary, advisor, broker, agency, or any other professional relationship. Any professional licenses held by an instructor do not create such a relationship and are not being exercised in these Materials.

3. No Guarantee of Results — Earnings Disclaimer

We do not promise or guarantee that you will make any money or achieve any particular result. Any income, profit, return, or deal figures mentioned are illustrative examples, not typical or expected results. Your results depend on your own effort, skills, capital, market conditions, and many factors outside our control. Most people who buy educational products do not achieve significant financial results.

4. Investment Risk

Real estate investing is risky. You may lose some or all of the money you invest, and you may owe more than you invest if you borrow. Property values, rents, interest rates, and markets can change suddenly. Past performance and examples do not predict future results. Never invest money you cannot afford to lose.

5. Examples, Case Studies & Testimonials

All numbers, deals, calculations, and scenarios are hypothetical illustrations unless clearly stated otherwise. Any testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not typical; your results will vary.

6. Consult Licensed Professionals

Before acting on any information, consult a licensed attorney, CPA or tax professional, licensed lender, licensed real estate agent or broker, insurance professional, and financial advisor in your state.

7. Laws Vary and Change

Real estate, landlord-tenant, fair housing, lending, licensing, securities, tax, foreclosure, and wholesaling laws differ by federal, state, and local jurisdiction and change frequently. We do not guarantee the Materials reflect the laws of your location or current law. You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you.

8. Licensing

The Materials do not qualify you for, prepare you for, or replace any real estate, mortgage, securities, contractor, or other professional license. Some activities discussed may require a license in your state.

9. Not an Offer of Securities or Lending

Nothing in the Materials is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security, investment, or loan. We are not a lender, mortgage broker, broker-dealer, investment adviser, or credit repair organization.

10. Your Responsibility & Assumption of Risk

You are solely responsible for your own decisions, due diligence, and results. You voluntarily assume all risks of using the Materials and acting on any information in them.

11. No Warranties

The Materials are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We may update or correct the Materials at any time without notice.

12. Release & Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release us from, and we will not be liable for, any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any lost profits, lost investments, or financial losses, arising from or related to the Materials or your use of them, even if advised of the possibility. If we are found liable for any reason, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the course giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and attorneys' fees arising from your use of the Materials, your investment or business activities, or your violation of these terms or any law.

14. Certificates of Completion

This certificate confirms completion of an online educational course only. It is not a license, certification, degree, professional designation, continuing-education credit, or accreditation, and it does not qualify the holder to provide real estate, legal, tax, lending, or investment services. Investor's Concierge makes no representation about the holder's competence.

15. Topic-Specific Notices for DSCR Rental Investing & DSCR Loans

Licensing: This course does not prepare you for, or substitute for, any real estate, mortgage, securities, or other professional license. Some activities discussed may require a license in your state.

Lending Notice: Investor's Concierge is not a lender or mortgage broker and does not arrange loans. Loan terms, rates, and requirements are examples only. Subject-to, seller financing, wraps, and lease options carry legal risks (including loan due-on-sale clauses and consumer lending laws) — use a licensed attorney and licensed lender.

Landlord & Fair Housing: You must comply with the federal Fair Housing Act and all state and local fair housing, landlord-tenant, licensing, safety, and short-term rental laws. Rules vary by location. Never select, rate, market, or steer based on the race, color, religion, national origin, sex, familial status, disability, or other protected characteristic of the people who live in an area.

16. Third-Party Resources

References to third-party websites, tools, lenders, platforms, or service providers are for convenience only and are not endorsements. We are not responsible for third parties' content, products, or services. Any affiliate or referral relationship will be disclosed where it applies.

17. Intellectual Property & Permitted Use

18. Refund Policy

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be happy with your course. If a course is not right for you, request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase, as long as:

  1. You have completed less than 30% of the course lessons, and
  2. You have not taken the final exam or received a Certificate of Completion, and
  3. You have not downloaded more than one course download (the workbook PDF or Word file counts as one).

How to request a refund: Use the contact form at reinvestorsconcierge.com or email us from the address you used to purchase. Include your name, the course title, and your order date. No reason is required.

How refunds are paid: Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Your course access and any certificate eligibility end when the refund is issued.

Bundles: Bundles are refundable within 14 days under the same rules, applied to the bundle as a whole. After that, no partial refunds are given for unused courses in a bundle.

Not refundable: Purchases older than 14 days; courses more than 30% completed or where the final exam was attempted or the certificate was issued; and accounts closed for violating the Terms of Enrollment (for example, sharing logins or redistributing course materials).

Repeat refunds: We may decline refunds when an account shows a pattern of buying, consuming, and refunding courses.

Chargebacks: Please contact us first; most issues are resolved quickly. If you file a chargeback, course access is suspended while the dispute is reviewed.

Your legal rights: This policy does not limit any refund or cancellation rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your state that cannot be waived. This refund policy is posted on every sales page and at checkout as required by New York General Business Law § 218-a.

19. Governing Law, Venue & Disputes

Investor's Concierge is based in Suffolk County, New York, and offers its courses online to students nationwide. These terms and any dispute arising from or relating to the Materials or your purchase are governed by the laws of the State of New York and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

  • Talk to us first. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us in writing and give us 30 days to try to resolve the issue informally.
  • Venue. Any lawsuit must be brought only in the state courts located in Suffolk County, New York, or the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
  • Small claims. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court where it qualifies.
  • Time limit. To the extent permitted by law, any claim must be filed within one (1) year after it arises.
  • Consumer rights. Nothing in these terms takes away any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your state of residence that cannot be waived by contract.

[Attorney review: confirm venue language, and decide whether to add an arbitration and class-action waiver clause.]

20. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. These terms, together with the website's posted terms and policies, are the entire agreement about the Materials.
